4PPROVAL OF TEMPORARY FIREWORKS STANDS
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a 8' X 16' building at the
Sentry Food Store, Janesville Road with 8 square feet of signage,
and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a 15' X 25'
from the 24 Drive In, S63 W13131 Janesville Road w
feet of signage, and
WHEREAS, This building and tent will be used
sell fireworks, and

as stands to
WHEREAS, These stands would be in operation from June 4 to
July 5, 1988, and
WHEREAS, The hours of operation will be from 9:00 A.M. to
9:00 P.M.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the tent and building with 8 square feet of signage each to be
located at the Sentry Food Store and S63 W13131 Janesville Road
across from 24 Drive In under the following conditions:
1. That the tents will not be placed on the right of way
or in the visual setback area.
2. That the structures and signs be removed from the above
premises by July 8, 1988.
