APPROVAL OF SIGNS - FLAT WALL h FREE STANDING
BOURAXIS - HWY 36 h AWY 45
WHERUS, It is proposed to reopen a stand in the southeast
corner of West Loomis Road (Hwy 36) and Hwy 45 South, and
WHEREAS, This property is zoned B4 which permits up to 30'
for 50' of frontage for a free standing sign, and
WHEREAS, This sign is proposed to be 16 square feet, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct two flat wall signs
attached to the building measuring 2' X 8' and 4' X 4'.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
one free standing sign along Highway 36 and 45 one 2' X 8' flat
wall sign attached to the front of the building and one 4' X 4' a sign attached to the building facing Highway 45.
