APPROVAL OF SKETCH - LAND DIVISION FILUT - S74 W16454 HILLTOP DRIVE
RESOLUTION IP.~. 82-88
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a 200' X 204' piece of
property into two parcels, and
WHEREAS, This land is located in the RS2 zoning district
requiring 20,000 square feet in area and 110' average width, and
WHEREAS, This lot will meet the requirement of 20,000
square feet in area, however, will need a variance in lot width,
and
WHEREAS, Sewer and water are available to this lot, and
WHEREAS, These lots are compatible with lots in the
0 surrounding area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch and will be receptive to a certified survey map
knowing that both lots will lack sufficient average width.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the driveway not he located
within 60' of the lot line.
