W#$RUS, A certified survey map was submitted on May 4,
1988 to create two parcels from the property located at the SW
corner of 6 Mile Road & Raynor Avenue (S.T.H. 45), in the NE 1/4
of the NE 1/4 of Section 13, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map has been submitted to
Racine County Planning Department for approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for Leo & Helen Rieger,Town of Norway
and recommends approval to the Common Council for a two parcel
division of the property located at the SW corner of 6 Mile Road
& Raynor Avenue (S.T.H. 45) in the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 Of
Section 13, Town of Norway.
