APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on May 4,
1988 to create two parcels from the property on the west side of
Racine Avenue in the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 5, Town of
Norway, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map has been submitted to
Racine County Planning Department for approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for Guy and Mary Falbo, Town of Norway
and recommends approval to the Common Council for a two parcel
division from the property on the west side of Racine Avenue in
ehe NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, This approval is subject to receipt
of the $50.00 submittal fee.
