RESOLUTION #P.c. 79-88
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO THE COMMON COUNCIL TO REZONE FROM RS2 TO B2 IN THE NW 114 SECTION 10 - MILLER
WHEREAS, A petition has been submitted to rezone seven
acres in the NW 114 of Section 10 from RS2 to B2, and
WHEREAS, This property abuts B2 zoning on the west and has
access to Highway 24, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission had determined in the past
that this area be used for commercial development as the downtown
area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
and recommend approval to the Common Council to rezone seven
acres in the NW 114 of Section 10 from RS2 to 82.
