FROM RSM TO B2 IN THE SW 114 SECTION 10 - KLENZ
WHEREAS, A petition has been submitted to rezone 5.41 acres
in the SW 1 /4 of Section 10 from RSEl to B2, and
WHEREAS, This property is to the east of Pick h Save and
south of B2 zoning on a 5.4 acre parcel belonging to the
petitioner, and
WHEREAS, The City's 15 acre parcel abuts this property on
the south, and
WHEREAS, A petition has been submitted for rezoning of
seven acres on the Miller property to the north.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the request for rezoning and recommend approval to the Common
Council to rezone the 5.41 acre parcel from RSM to B2 in the SW
1/4 of Section 10.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That if development of this
property is not commenced within six months that the RSM zoning
remain and will not be remapped.
