WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct an office/warehouse in
this B4 zone district, and
WHEREAS, A building elevation and floor plan has been
submitted, and
WHEREAS, The greatest part of this 200' X 60' building will
be warehouse with the remaining area to be office space, and
WHEREAS, Sewers are not available in this area and a
holding tank will be used.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the building, site and operation plan for George Steinhaus in the
SE 1/4 of Section 34.
