RESOLUTION ??P.C. 74-88
WHEREAS, Future Parkland Development has requested to
extend their Saturday hours, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission had restricted their dumping
of foundry sand on Saturdays to an occassional Saturday, and
WHEREAS, The negotiated agreement had put a limit of 20
Saturdays a year, and
WHEREAS, The foundries have been working more Saturdays
than had been anticipated and Future Parkland is requesting
permission to exceed the 20 Saturday limitation for 1988, and
WHEREAS, The negotiated agreement has been approved by the
Common Council.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council to remove the 20 day limitation
from the negotiated agreement.
