RECOt4MENDINS TO COHMON COUNCIL TO REZONE LAND IN THE NE 114 SECTION 20 FROM RS1 TO RSl/OIP
WHEREAS, A petition has been submitted to rezone
approximately 10 acres of land in the NE 1/4 Section 20 from RSl
to RSl/OIP, and
WHEREAS, This property adjoins the Muskego High School
property on the southwest corner of Racine Avenue and Woods Road
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council to rezone approximately 10 acres
of land west of the High School from RS1 to RSl/OIP.
