WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide off a one lot division
from 2.3 acres in the NW 114 of Section 10, and
WHEREAS, This property is zoned B4, and
WHEREAS, This lot will ahut Highway 24 by easement only,
and
WHEREAS, This lot will share access with Dairy Queen and
Pizza Hut, and
WHEREAS, This lot is to be developed commercially.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
this one lot division in the NW 1/4 of Section 10 and will be
0 receptive to a certified survey map.
