4PPRQVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
RESOLUTION W.C. 71-88
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on April 27,
1988 to finalize a one parcel division of land in the NW 114 of
the SW 114 of Section 21, and
WHEREAS, The sketch has been approved in Resolution BP.C.
62-88 and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map appears to conform to
that sketch.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council conditioned upon receipt of the $50.00 submittal fee,
0 $200.00 park dedication fee and subject to receipt of all other
fees required by Section 10 of the land division ordinance and
the approval of the city engineers.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the designation of "joint
drive restricted to this area" shall be added to this certified
survey map and adjoining certified survey map.
