ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF RELOCATING AN EXISTING HOME IN THE NE 114 SECTION 15
W#%REAS, It is proposed to remove an existing building from
Hales Corners to a corner lot on Bay Lane Place in the NE 1/4 of
Section 15, and
WHEREAS, In Resolution f1P.C. 43-88, the Plan Commission
approved this home to be relocated on the newly created lot in
the SW 1/4 of Section 3, and
WHEREAS, The lot has been withdrawn and will not be
created, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the new location for the relocation of the existing dwelling.
