RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO THE COMMON COUNCIL TO REZONE
FROM RSZIOLRIOLS TO RS210LS IN THE SW 114 SECTION 32
WHEREAS, The land formerly known as the Schuler resort is
zoned OLR and has recently been subdivided for residential lots,
and
WHEREAS, The picnic and beach area facilities are no longer
used, and
WHEREAS, The OLR district requires double the offsets of
the OLS distr
lake, and
WHEREAS
ict restricting building on one lot abutting the
', It is now proposed to construct a dwelling on this
last remaining lot abutting the lake, and
WHEREAS, The public hearing will be held on May 24, 1988.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council that the OLR district designation
be removed from this one lot.
