LOT 11 MCLAUGHLINS SUBDIVISION-SW 1/4 SECTION 32
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in Resolution #P.C. 51-87
approved a nine lot subdivision of Lot 11 McLaughlins
Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in Resolution #P.C. 60-87,
approved a four lot subdivision by certified survey map, and
WHEREAS, The public improvements have not been installed,
and
WHEREAS, A developers agreement and deed restrictions have
been submitted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the four lot certified survey map subject to the approval by the
Common Council of the public improvements, the approval of the
city engineers and the receipt of the $800 park dedication fee
and of all other fees required by Section 10 of the land division
ordinance.
