APPROVAL OF SKETCH - LAND DIVISION
SW 114 SECTION 28 - TEWES
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a three acre parcel in
the SW 114 of Section 28 from a 21 acres plat, and
WHEREAS, This parcel abuts a 16 112' private road, and
WHEREAS, The ordinance states that each lot must abut a
public street or other officially approved means of access
by 30'.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch and will be receptive to a certified survey map along
with a copy of a perc test or sanitary permit for this three acre
division in the SW 114 of Section 28.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a 16 112' road dedication is
required.
