RESOLUTION #P.C. 64-88
WAUER - NE 114 SECTION 16
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on April 12,
1988 to create a two parcel division of land in the NE 1/4 of
Section 16, and
WHEREAS, The sketch was approved in Resolution #P.C. 14-88,
and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map appears to conform to
that sketch.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approve to the Common
Council conditioned upon receipt of the $400 park dedication fee
and subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section 10
of the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
engineers.
