APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
SCRWABENLENDER - SW 114 SECTION 3
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on April 12,
1988 to create a one lot parcel division of land in the SW 1/4 of
Section 3, and
WHEREAS, In Resolution #P.C. 42-88, the sketch was approved
for a two lot land division, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map now indicates a land
division for only one parcel with the remainder left as unplatted
property, and
WHEREAS, Parcel
sketch.
THEREFORE BE IT
1 conforms substantially with the approved
RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council conditioned upon receipt of the $200.00 park dedication
fee and subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section
10 of the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
engineers.
