WHERRAS, It is proposed to divide off three acres from

WHEREAS. This property is located in the R1 zoning
district, and
WHEREAS, A perc test will need to be submitted for
development.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the three acre division and will be receptive to a certified
