RESOLUTION #P.c. 61-88
KURERIBUSHBERGER - NW 114 SECTION 12
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on April 12,
1988 to create a two parcel division in the NW 1/4 of Section 12,
and
WHEREAS, A sketch had been submitted and approved in
Resolution #P.C. 37-88.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council condtioned upon the availability of sewers to the three
lots, park dedication fees of $400.00, approval of the Corp of
Engineers for filling, approval of the city engineers, and
receipt of all other fees required by Section 10 of the land
division ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
the written report from SEWRPC dated March 28, 1988.
