APPROVAL OF BUILDING h SITE PLAN
WIZA INDUSTRIES - INDUSTRIAL PARK
RESOLUTION ~P.c. 51-88
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 100’ X 200’ split
faced and fluted block building on Lots 1, 2 & 3 of the Muskego
Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, Parking is shown to the rear of the new building,
and
WHEREAS, This is the third building of the complex known as
Wiza Industries, and
WHEREAS, The use of the building will be the same.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the building and site plan for Wiza Industries.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That permission will be granted to
provide a drainage swale on the south and east lot line.
