PCR1988056APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY FIREWORKS STANDS
RESOLUTION #P.C. 56-88
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a 8' X 16' yellow huildinp,
at the Pick & Save Store, Janesville Road with 8 square feet of
signage, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a 16' X 16' tent at Gene's
Club Durham at Highway 36 and 00 with 8 square feet of signage,
and
WHEREAS, This building and tent will be used as stands to
sell fireworks, and
WHEREAS, These stands would be in operation from June 14 to
July 5, 1988, and
WHEREAS, The hours of operation will be from 9:00 A.M. to
8:OO P.M.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the tent and building with 8 square feet of signage each to be
located at the Pick & Save store and Gene's Cluh Durham under the
following conditions:
1. That the tents will not be placed on the right of way
or in the visual setback area.
2. That the structures and signs be removed from the above
premises by July 8, 1988.
