ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL 2ND GARAGE STRUCTURE
RESOLUTION #P.c. 55-88
HOORMANN - sn w154a3 WOODS ROAD
WHEREAS. Bob Hoormann, has requested permission to
construct a 40' X 63' pole barn at S77 W15483 Woods Road, and
WHEREAS, The barn currently on the property will be razed,
and
WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonahle
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS2 district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego Architectural Control Board, does hereby approve
the request of Bob Hoormann to construct a 40' X 63' second
garage structure at S77 W15483 Woods Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the newly constructed pole
barn will be used for the storage of recreational vehicles, lawn
equipment and supplies.
