RESQLUTION #P.C. 54-88
IN THE NW If4 SECTION 4 - SILVERIRUBY DRIVE
APPROVAL OF SALE OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY
WHEREAS, It is proposed to convey city owned property to an
abutting neighbor in the NW 114 of Section 4 between Jewel Creek
and Ruby Drive, and
WHEREAS, This land has a creek running through it, and
WHEREAS, Sewer mains are also placed on this city owned
I land.
I THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council that the lot be sold retaining
the necessary easements for the maintenance of the creek and 0 sanitary sewer and ingress and egress to the creek is designated
along the east lot line of this property to the creek.
