property into two parcels, and
WHEREAS, This land is located in the RS2 zoninE district
requiring 20,000 square feet in area and 110' average width, and
WHEREAS, This lot will meet the requirement of 20,000
square feet in area, however, will need a variance in lot width,
and
WHEREAS, Sewer and water are available to this lot.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch and will be receptive to a certified survey map
knowing that both lots will lack sufficient average width.
