TOWN OF WATERFORD
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on April 1,
8 to create three parcels at the property located at the
northeast corner of Beach Drive and Burma Road in the NE 114 of
the NW 1/4 and part of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 13,
Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map has been submitted to
ine County Planning Department for approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
certified survey map for the Neil Westerdahl Estate - Town of
Norway and recommends approval to the Common Council for a three
Parcel division of the property in the NE 114 of the Nw 114 and
part of the SE 1/4 of the NE 114 of Section 13, Town of Norway.
