APPROVAL OF SITE/BUILDING PLANS
DANDELION PARK - INGERSOLL
WHEREAS, Building elevations for the four and six plex
units and a revised site plan have been submitted showing the
westerly portion of the Ingersoll property having seven (7)
single family sites, and
WHEREAS, On March 17, 1988 the Public Works Committee
requested a 18' X 30' "T" turn and to provide for storm drainage
from Lake Drive to the lake.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the site plan as submitted sub.ject to a school impact study,
compliance with the public works request of a turn around and
provided drainage for Lake Drive: that a detailed landscape plan
and floor plans for the condo units be submitted; a written
statement with elevations of all existing buildings that are to
be used along with elevations, use and locations.
