RESOLUTION IIP.~. 48-88
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide 6.25 acres on Kelly Drive
into four (4) separate parcels, and
WHEREAS, These parcels are not located near or have access
to city sewer at this time, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed that the lots will be sewered by
septic or mound systems, and
WHEREAS, Kelly Drive will be extended to serve lots 1, 3
and 4, and
WHEREAS, Lot 2 will only have access when Lions Park Drive
is extended.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission deny the
sketch as submitted for the following reasons: 1) no perc tests
have been submitted showing the availability of on-site sewer
disposal systems; and 2) That parcel 2 does not abut a public
street or roadway.
