"3lITECTURAL APPROVAL 2ND GARAGE STRUCTURE
WAUER - S81 W17890 RIESE DRIVE
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 30' X 45' accessory
building at S81 W17890 Riese Drive for the purpose of storing a
RV, boat and other items, and
WHEREAS, This building is being located in place of a
smaller existing shed on a six acre parcel, and
WHEREAS, This structure will not exceed 1% of the lot area
permitted in the zoning district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the construction of the 30' X 45' accessory building at S81
W17890 Riese Drive.
