submitted to the City on February 29, 1988 and has been sent to
the objecting agencies, and
WHEREAS, Reports have been received by the Department of
Development and the city engineers, and
WHEREAS, Both agencies have placed conditions on the final
plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the final plat and recommend approval to Common Council subject
to all conditions listed by the engineers and objecting agencies
being met.
