APPROVAL OF SKETCH - LAND DIVISION - SCHWABENLENDER
SW 114 SECTION 3
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide two lots in the northwest
corner of the Joyce Schwabenlender property in the SW 114 Section
3, and
WHEREAS, Both lots meet the RS2 zoning district
requirements, and
WHEREAS, This property was recently assessed for the newly
installed sewers.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch and will be receptive to a certified survey map.
