APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL PRELIMINARY PLAT
DURHAMSWOOD ADDITION #2
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat for Durhamswood Addition 82 was
submitted on February 22, 1988, and
WHEREAS, The preliminary plat does not conform to the
sketch approved in Resolution #P.C. 22-86, and
WHEREAS, The changes in the plat now include an outlot with
a proposed pond, and landscaping plans will be submitted on the
final plat, and
WHEREAS, Provisions will be made for the maintainance of
this outlot, and
WHEREAS, An engineers report indicating that utility and
storm drainage easements and drainage will be provided for, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
approve
