RESOLUTION IP.~. 40-88 APPROVAL OF SKETCH - LAND DIVISION - MEADOW GREEN WEST NW 114 SECTION 15 6 NE 114 SECTION 16 - BOEAM
WHEREAS, It it proposed to develop 46 single family lots in
phase 1 of Meadow Green West, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission is recommending rezoning in
concept the approximate 110.782 acres to RSZ/L/SW/W/OPD, and
WHEREAS, This is a sketch of the first phase.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch for the first phase 46 lot subdivision in the NW 114
Section 15 and NE 114 Section 16 subject to the approved rezoning
to RS2/L/SW/W/OPD.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the dedicated 20' area
extention of Canfield Drive from Kristin Downs be restricted to a
6' bike path with shoulders, shrubs or other means so that it
will not appear as a roadway.
