APPROVAL OF REZONING MEADOW GREEN WEST

SECTION 15 b NE 114 SECTION 16
WHERWS, The Common Council has received a petition to
rezone 110.782 acres in the NW 114 Section 15 and NE 114 Section
16 from RS2/L/SW/W to RSZ/L/SW/W/OPD for the purpose of
residential development which will include single family and
duplex lots, and
WHEREAS, A public hearing has been set for April 12, 1988,
and
WHEREAS, The City had amended the district map permitting a
similar development on the east side of Lannon Drive, and
WHEREAS, The zoning change will be consistent with the
comprehensive plan.
THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council that the property located in the
NW 114 Section 15 and NE 114 Section 16 be rezoned from
RS2/L/SW/W to RSZ/L/SW/W/OPD in concept.
