ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL 2ND GARAGE STRUCTURE
DAVID HUNT - S65 W18097 MARTIN DRIVE
W#Et!3A%, David Hunt, 565 W18097 Martin Drive has requested
permission to construct a 22' x 26' second garage structure on
his property, and
WHEREAS, The applicant has submitted construction plans for
the second garage structure, and
WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS2 District, and
WHEREAS, This approval would be subject to the Board of
Appeals granting a offset variance of 5' to permit the garage to
be located within 10' of the lot line.
THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego Architectural Control Roard, does hereby approve
the request of David Hunt to construct a 22' x 26' second garage
structure at S65 W18097 Martin Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
the Board of Appeals granting the 5' offset variance.
