APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
FEEST - SE 1/4 SECTION 5
WH68EAS, A certified survey map was submitted on March 8,
1988 to finalize a three parcel division of land in the SW 1/4 of
the SE 1/4 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS, This would leave 1.545 acres remaining to be
divided in the future, and
WHEREAS, The sketch has been approved in Resolution #P.C.
74-87, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map appears to conform to
that sketch.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council conditioned upon receipt of $600 park dedication fee and
subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section 10 of
the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
engineers.
