RESOLUTION #P.C. 34-88
CERTAIN FEES
WHEREAS, The Common Council have been reviewing fees for
the City, and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the fees in
Chapter 17 (zoning ordinance) and recommended to amend Section
3.08 (3) A to raise the fee to $30.00 for a Board of Appeals
hearing; to amend Section 3.06 (2) B to raise the fee to $75.00
for a rezoning hearing; to amend Section 6.07 (3) A to raise the
fee to $250.00 for an extractive permit hearing; and to amend
Section 3.07 (3) to raise the fee to $45.00 for a conditional use
hearing.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council that a public hearing be held on
April 12, 1988 and recommend approval to amend Chapter 17 (zoning
ordinance) as submitted.
