RESOLUTION CP.~. 33-88
APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE & OPERATION PLAN
MUSKEG0 MARINE - S73 W16511 JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 72' X 120' building
to replace an existing building at S73 W16511 Janesville Road,
and
WHEREAS, The adjacent building to the east is held under
the same ownership and used for the same purpose, and
WHEREAS, This building will be used for the sales and
service of boats and motors.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 72' X 120' building for Muskego Marine at S73 W16511
Janesville Road subject to the Board of Appeals granting a
variance from the west lot line.
RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the elevation plans for the
front of the building will be of masonry construction up to the
mansard.
