APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP TESS - SW 114 SECTION 21

WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on March 1,
1988 to finalize a two parcel division of land in the NW 114 and
SW 114 of the SW 114 of Section 21, and
WHEREAS, The sketch has been approved in Resolution IP.C.
28-88, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map appears to conform to
that sketch.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council conditioned upon receipt of the $50.00 submittal fee,
1. $200 park dedication fee and subject to receipt of all other fees
required by Section 10 of the land division ordinance and the
approval of the city engineers.
