PELLMANN - SE 1/4 SECTION 10
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide 3.795 acres in the SE 114
of Section IO, and
WHEREAS, In Resolution #P.C. 16-88, the Plan Commission
approved a 19 lot subdivision for Squire Glenn Estates, and
WHEREAS, The sketch indicated this parcel to remain with
the Pellmann's and is on the northwest corner of Woods Road and
Bay Lane.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch for a land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 10 and
will be receptive to a certified survey map.
