WEREAS, A sketch has been submitted for a two parcel
division of land in the SW 1/4 of Section 21, and
WHEREAS, This property is approximately 22 acres in size
and this division would split the property in half, and
WHEREAS, Perc tests have been taken on the rear parcel.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the two parcel division for Mervyn Tess in the SW 1/4 of Section
21 subject to a sanitary permit and that parcel 2 abut a public
road by at least 30 feet.
