APPROVAL OF SKETCH - uwn DIVISION
KURER/BUSHBERGER - NW 114 SECTION 12
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide four lots of 1 112 acres
or larger from an approximate 15 acre site in the NW 114 of
Section 12, and
WHEREAS, These lots lie in the secondary environmental
corridor, and
WHEREAS, This indicates that development of this land could
have adverse affects on the storm drainage in this area, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission had referred the development
of Outlot 5 Lake Brittany Estates Addition 111 which is adjacent
to this property to SEWRPC.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission request
SEWRPC for planning assistance of this proposed division.
