APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY HAP
TOWN OF WATERFORD
DANIEL DRUMEL
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on February
12, 1988 to create two parcels from the property located at 6608
and 6612 North Tichigan Drive, a part of the SE 114 of the NW 114
of Section 14, Town of Waterford, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map has been submitted to
Racine County Planning Department for approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for Daniel Drumel, Town of Waterford and
recommends approval to the Common Council for a two parcel
division of the property located at 6608 and 6612 North Tichigan
Drive, a part of the SE 114 of the NW 114 of Section 14, Town of
Waterford.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
the receipt of the $50.00 submittal fee.
