RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF REZONING IN TFIE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 8 FROM Rl/L TO RS2
WHEREAS, The City has received a petition to rezone a 200'
strip on the northwest side of Hillendale Drive in the NW 1/4 of
Section 8, and
WHEREAS, SEWRPC was requested to review the property and to
determine the wetland boundaries, and
WHEREAS, A report was returned indicating the boundaries,
and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved a 200' strip on the
northwest side of Hillendale Drive to be located out of the
wetlands that could be used for development, and
WHEREAS, It is now being proposed to develop this land into
a subdivision of 11 lots in accordance with the RS2 zoning, and
WHEREAS, The public hearhg has been set for March 8, 1988.
THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend approval to the Common Council for the rezoning of the
200' strip on the northwest side of Hillendale Drive.
