RESOLUTION IP.~. 22-88
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a three parcel division
from Parcel 4 of Certified Survey Map #5276 in the the NE 114 of
the SE 114 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS, The Common Council had approved the certified
survey map in Resolution #139-86, and
WHEREAS, Sewer has been installed to serve the properties.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map subject three parcel division in the SE
114 of Section 5 and recommend approval to the Common Council
subject to receipt of $400.00 park dedication fee and receipt of
all other fees required by Section 10 of the land division
ordinance and approval of the city engineers.
