APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF PARKING TRUCKS W183 59402 PARKER DRIVE
w#mu.S, The Plan Commission has been requested to permit
the parking of two tri axle dump trucks at W183 S9402 Parker
Drive and,
zoning ordinance to allow the Plan Commission to permit additlonal parking of trucks and equipment in any district if, in
their opinion, the request is of such a nature that it will not
effect the health, safety, morals, comfort, property and general welfare of the residents of the City of Muskego. In making this
relevant factors including but not limited to: development in the
decision, the Planning Commission may consider any and all
surrounding area, size of specific lot and general lots in
surrounding area, effect on general attractiveness and character
of the surrounding area, etc. Said permit shall be in writing
and shall set forth the terms and conditions of the permit but
under no circumstances shall the term of the permit be in excess
of three years from the date of issue. Said permit may be
renewed for a period if the Plan Commission is still of the
opinion at that time that the above criteria is met.
