RESOLUTION BP.~. 20-88
APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY SIGN
W172 S7505 WON DRIVE
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a temporary sign at W172
57505 Lannon Drive, (formerly the Caradaro Club), and
WHEREAS, This sign will be 4' X 8' on a 5' X 8' trailer,
illuminated with changeable letter messages with non flashing
lights, and
WHEREAS, This sign will be approximately 5' from parking
curb on the east and 5' from property line on the south, and
WHEREAS, This sign will be used until a permanent sign is
installed on the property and not to exceed six months.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the temporary sign at W172 S7505 Lannon Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign will have non-
flashing lights.
