APPROVAL OF -CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP GARY CARR
TOWN OF WATERFORD
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on February
8, 1988 to create a two parcel division in the Tichigan Heights
Subdivision at 6936 North Tichigan Road, located in the NW 114 of
the NE 114 of Section 14, Town of Waterford, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map has been submitted to
Racine County Planning Department for approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for Gary Carr, Town of Waterford and
recommends approval to the Common Council for a two parcel
division in the Tichigan Heights Subdivision at 6936 North
Tichigan Road, located in the NW 114 of the NE 114 of Section 14,
Town of Waterford.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
receipt of the $50.00 submittal fee.
