APPROVAL OF SIGN
WOODCREST HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a sign identifying the
entrance of the Woodcrest Heights Subdivision at Racine Avenue
and Woods Road, and
WHEREAS, This sign will be approximately 20 feet long X 6
112 feet high, and
WHEREAS, This sign will be placed on the earth berm on lot
1 directly facing Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS, This sign will consist of cedar with premade wood
raised letters.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the identifying sign for Woodcrest Heights Subdivision.
