ARCHITECTURAG APPROVAL LOG HOME PEAVY - LOT 18 BLOCK 3 LUDWIG'S SUBDIVISION
w#ml&t3, The City ordinance authorizes the Building
Inspector to submit to the Plan Commission for architectural
approval any building plan which in his opinion the design or
exterior appearance could be considered to be unorthodox or of an
abnormal character in relation to the surrounding area, and
NHEREAS, The plans for this log home have been submitted to
a resident of the subdivision for comment, and
WHEREAS, The Building Inspector has not received any
adverse reaction to the proposed dwelling.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
architecturally approve the log dwelling to be located on Lot 18
Block 3 of Ludwigs Subdivision.
